SRS group of companies are a privately held global Healthcare

Our Medical Process Outsourcing Division:
SRS Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., the
MPO division of SRS, provides complete teleradiology solutions,
comprehensive off-site pathology services and medical transcription
outsourcing. SRS serves the radiology, pathology and medical
transcription needs of various secondary and tertiary care hospitals
of various countries by providing the technology and manpower
to enable high-resolution radiological images and large medical
data to be taken in one place and instantly transmitted to highly
qualified and extensively trained radiologist/pathologists,
who in turn provide an immediate interpretive report, all via
the internet.
The Management Team of SRS HealthCare Pvt. Ltd., who are located
at the company's headquarters in Mumbai have extensive backgrounds
in the radiology (including nuclear medicine/PET-CT), pathology
(including biochemistry and microbiology) and clinical medicine.
The founders of the company have extensive experience in the
healthcare industry and the management team brings decades of
collective experience, all of whom are leading doctors in their
respective fields and participate in various aspects of the
company's management and development.

The members of our Board of Directors have been entrenched in
the healthcare industry for over three decades. Our Directors
include people like Dr. Rajesh Bajpai, Senior Resident (Urology)
at the Sion Hospital (One of the two top Government hospitals
in Mumbai). Apart from possessing a Masters Degree in General
Surgery he has also super-specialized in Genitourinary Surgery.
He is actively involved in the interviewing and selection process
of prospective candidates.
Mr. Suchet Rastogi,
the CEO and co-founder of SRS Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. has a strong
business background in the healthcare industry originating from
his over two decade old family business in the pharmaceutical
industry and his education in business and commerce. Before
co-founding SRS HealthCare Pvt. Ltd., he served as Managing
director of SRS Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., a multi-million dollar
pharmaceutical manufacturing company. In this role, Mr. Suchet
Rastogi was instrumental in adding over two hundred new products
to the existing product line and converting the company into
a multi-million dollar business within three years. |
