We require our nurses to meet the same general licensure and educational hurdles as domestic nurses. We only accept nurses who graduated from accredited colleges and received exceptional scores in English and clinical exams. We further scrutinize each nurse's real-world experience with detailed questionnaires and interviews.

How long will it take my nurse to arrive and start work?

Most foreign recruiters make hospitals pay up-front and then wait for many months or even years for their nurses; SRS doesn’t. By anticipating the staffing needs of hospitals, we start qualified nurses through immigration before a hospital is ever contacted. With our constant flow of nurses, hospitals can generally expect their requests to be met in less than six months and sometimes in days.
